ErRor Windows?!

Ada yang bisa ngejelasin kenapa Windows berlaku gini?!!
pernah melihat error seperti ini:
Keanehan di gambar nomor:
- ERROR : An error has occured while creating an error report.
bikin laporan Error ko Error? - Fatal Error : Net_SendPaket ERROR: NO ERROR lha?!
- Confirm File Delete : Are you sure you want to send “Recycle Bin” to the Recycle Bin. hehehe..
- InstallShield Wizard : The application failed to properly uninstall the driver Uninstall will continue,
